AIXTRON’s new manufacturing & engineering hub in Malaysia
We are building a new greenfield manufacturing and engineering hub in Batu Kawan, Penang. The site will provide a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment for assembly & test of our high-end systems and will contribute to engineering the next generation of products. Operations are planned to start in 2027 with rapid ramp-up. Responsibilities
· Process and record all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, expenses and payments
· Collect, check and update ESG data reporting
· Ensure all the commercial documents and contracts are properly stamped, filed and submitted in accordance with IRB regulations.
· Follow e-invoicing regulations and updates; perform monthly reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in the SAP system
· Prepare fixed asset schedules for month-end and year-end closing
· Record acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and write-offs of fixed assets
· Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure accurate asset records
· Responsible for travel booking and manage travel agents, to ensure best price for each booking.

Qualifications & Skills
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
· Knowledge of SST, E-Invoice and Malaysian accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is an advantage
· Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and experience in SAP is advantageous
· Attention to detail and deadlines
· Strong sense of accounting integrity and principles
· Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
