Your challenge
- Independently manage small and medium-sized development projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and project acceptance
- Develop and maintain project timelines, critical path analysis, milestone plans, and dependency mapping across work packages
- Manage resource allocation by identifying staffing needs and submitting resource requests to line managers
- Proactively identify, assess, and report project and product risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies
- Track and report on project KPIs, forecasts, customer-facing risks, and milestone achievements
- Build and develop cross-functional project teams in coordination with line managers
The skills needed
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, natural sciences, or a related technical field
- At least 2 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally in the semiconductor, high-tech, or related manufacturing industry
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and critical path management
- Familiarity with stage-gate processes, quality gates, and structured deliverable acceptance
- Analytical and structured approach to complex problems; comfortable making decisions with incomplete information under time pressure
- Excellent communication skills — clear, audience-appropriate messaging for technical and executive stakeholders alike, combined with strong active listening
- Open, transparent working style with a genuine interest in continuous learning and process improvement
