Your challenge

  • Driving and coordinating mission-critical enterprise IT transformation programs, particularly SAP S/4HANA and PLM transformations, with responsibility for program governance, executive reporting, milestone tracking, and cross-functional steering
  • Supporting enterprise-wide business and IT transformation programs, particularly SAP S/4HANA transformations involving process standardization, governance redesign, and organizational change  in the areas of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation including process harmonization, governance setup, and implementation of enterprise PLM platforms, cloud, data, or the digital workplace
  • Establishing effective program and portfolio management for strategic IT initiatives. Driving program management and PMO activities for complex enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives, including executive reporting, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and steering committee preparation
  • Consulting on a future-proof IT operating model, including organization, roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and governance bodies
  • Ensuring alignment between business strategy, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and the transformation portfolio
  • Collaborating with global business and IT stakeholders across functions, regions, and external implementation partners
  • Supporting business and organizational transformation through structured stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities



The skills needed

  • A successfully completed master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • 4+ years of professional experience in in top-tier management consulting, IT strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, or internal consulting functions of large international organizations
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale transformation programs, ideally in the context of SAP S/4HANA, PLM, or the modernization of mission-critical platforms
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and their role in large-scale transformation programs  (certifications such as TOGAF or ArchiMate are a plus)
  • Very good understanding of modern IT operating models, governance structures, and IT service management processes (certifications such as IT4IT, ITIL or COBIT are a plus
  • Ability to present complex technical and organizational issues in a structured manner and communicate them effectively to the appropriate audience
  • Plus: Knowledge of the M&A environment, particularly in IT due diligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs, or IT separation
